House has 1 parent and 2 kids and is clean but needs the final push to get things put in order that will help me maintain it moving forward. 2 rooms are the initial main priority, the master bedroom and a spare bedroom. Hoping to get those done in the next few days, happy for you to make autonomous decisions for fast fix of this 2 rooms then move on to as needed fixes across other parts of the house. If you'd like for any containers / clothes hangers or storage items to be purchased I'm happy to fully reimburse. If you'd like to inspect first and then come back after purchasing some items, that's no problem too. I live with my 5 year old and due to an illness I am starting to lose control of the clutter in my home. Attempts by myself to attack the situation only leave me feeling defeated and overwhelmed. I need someone who can come in, take stock of the situation and know how to turn it back to a functional home but this time one that will allow me and my bubs to function within it. I can assist on a minimal level due to my illness, and I also will be working from home, so you will need to be comfortable making decisions and completing the job independently. I can foresee the need for you to perhaps go and buy some small storage items, (tubs, storage bags etc.), So own transportation is a bonus. I have no idea how long it will take and I'm not comfortable posting pics up on here, but I can give you a fair description of the situation and that is WAY too many clothes, 2 bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen needing to be attacked, stripped to the bones and built from scratch to form the home we want and need. In my head I am thinking a solid 8 hours work, so this is what I'm assigning the cost to. If you can achieve your vision for my home quicker then you rock and you deserve the whole amount anyway. I would prefer it be done in the one day, but if it's not possible and you need to break it up into 2 days, that's fine too. So if this speaks to you please drop me a line! We have 2 children who seem to grow out of clothes faster than I can pack them away. The older one is also a ninja at spreading her toys, crafting and other random stuff through our tiny townhouse. We also have a backlog of cupboards, drawers and a pantry that have fallen victim to a random filing system and a home office/ spare room that seems to be a breeding ground for cardboard boxes. I would like someone to come in and work with me to tackle the situation room by room to declutter, organise, clean/wipe down , fold, pack away and discard. Then implement practical systems keeping things organised. I expect it would take 8-10 hrs in total. Ideally, you will be methodical in your approach with experience in home organising, happy to take direction while being able to work autonomously. There may be an ongoing maintenance requirement every 8 weeks.
