Just need someone to wash my dishes. I sorta fell behind and now they are piling up

We have recently moved into our property at the start of the year so there’s nothing built up however both myself and my partner (DVA Veteran) have medical appointments and need just a bit of help tidying, cleaning, decluttering and even organising if you feel like making the place nicer since I still have to unpack things. It’s a four bedroom house with two bathrooms (one is rarely used) - the main issue we have is pet hair and dust. Any help would be appreciated.

SIX-YEAR-OLD GIRL’S BEDROOM * Make bed and vacuum floor. * General tidy and organisation. * Put books and teddy bears neatly on bookshelf. * Tidy toys/items so the room is clear. * Shoes go in the large shelf in her room. * Fold and put away clothes where possible. KIDS’ AREA IN GARAGE * Completely tidy and organise. * Pick everything up, group similar things together, put items away where they make sense and remove rubbish. * I don’t mind how it is organised, I just want it clean, tidy and functional. IMPORTANT The kids have recently been doing dot artwork, and there are tiny gem pieces all over the floors throughout the house. They are extremely annoying/uncomfortable to stand on, so please wear shoes while working if you don’t want them poking into your feet!
