Hi. This isn’t a normal house clean. I’m 19 and I suffer from depression and neglected my house chores for a long time, and it’s gotten overwhelming. Basically everything in the house needs to get done. It’s gotten to the point that my friends and family haven’t visited because I’m ashamed. I really need help please. There’s a lot of trash, so if you can help with disposal, I would really appreciate it. It’s taking a lot of confidence to ask for help with this, so anyone non judgemental who has experience with this, I’d really appreciate help from. An FYI, there is old food in the fridge and in the dishes so I wouldn’t come if you have a weak stomach. Two bedrooms - One room is an office space. No need to worry about the garage. Due to a bad back I need someone to move 20 bags of pebbles from my garage to my backyard. The distance is probably around 30 metres but on an incline (see pics). Each bag weighs 20kgs so you need to be reasonably strong and fit.
