We're getting married and our reception is at the Kensington Town Hall. The next morning between 8am and 10am I need all of the chairs (120) stacked and put back on trolleys, trestle tables folded and put at back of hall (6) and additional trestle tables left in a particular spot for a vendor to pick up (14). There will likely be some light rubbish to be tidied up and possibly some plastic containers that need to be filled with left over items (which will be picked up by family ~10am). Due to medium-term mobility restrictions I require some help with light housekeeping duties on a weekly basis for my apartment. Main jobs are: Rubbish Removal: I need someone to help me take out the rubbish and dispose of it in the basement waste bins. This task involves carrying and depositing bags of rubbish into the designated bins. All necessary equipment, such as a push trolley, rubbish bags and gloves, will be provided to make the task easier. Balcony/Window Cleaning: The balcony and windows need monthly cleaning. Cleaning supplies and tools, including window cleaning solution, squeegees, brooms and microfiber cloths, will be provided to facilitate the task. Mail Collection: I require assistance in collecting mail and packages from designated areas on the building's ground floor. Occasional errands: May require assistance with additional errands or irregular tasks (e.g. Spring clean, kitchen or clothing organisation). Compensation will be provided for any expenses incurred. Schedule: This will be a weekly task, approximately one hour per week (flexible with dates and times). Location: The task is located in Kensington, Victoria. We are a very busy family with two special needs children. When we come home from work we want to spend time with our kids in a tidy home. Ideal would be a person who could come initially once a week on a weekday between 9-12am to clean after we leave to work/school, tidy the kitchen, bathroom and room to make sure things are where they should. Kitchen: wipe off table, counters and stove top, put away things in pantry if left out. Fill dishwasher and run it. Sweep floor and if needed mop. Take rubbish and recycling out. If clothes are dry on the drying rack - help to fold these and place on a bed. Clean bathroom (counter/basin, toilet and floor) Go through rooms and tidy up any items left on floor or collect toys and bring back to assigned room, vacuum. Play Therapy room - tidy up anything left on floor/table to be ready to learn in the afternoon when my child has therapy there. This job should not take more than 2h. There is a good chance this will be a continuous once a week booking for the right person (non judgemental and can see what is a priority for families with special needs kids) - Due date: Flexible
