(duties below) - 4 hours total (have included 4 hours in actual listing job) Duties: - strip beds and process laundry in commercial washing machine/dryer nearby. Make beds / fold towels etc - regular airbnb short stay style regular cleaning. Ensure apartment fully clean and presented well for next tenant/guest - top up toilet paper/apartment basic supplies (We obviously supply items) potential for o/n-going work if this job goes well Additional Info for ongoing potential jobs: - next to have solid written and verbal communication. - reliable and punctual. - most jobs are performed between 1030 and 5pm window. Most finished by 3pm. But schedule flexible where possible We're looking for a reliable, high standard cleaning contractor/company to partner with us. need to work in a team of 2 on each job we have 20 fully furnished short stay (airbnb / corporate style) apartments around Richmond / South Yarra / Elwood / ST Kilda / Brighton. Most in Elwood/St Kilda at one building (like a hotel). We're averaging about 8-12 jobs per month at present. - $40/hour clear per person ( i have added extra to help cover airtasker fees) for just this 1st / x1 job. on average our jobs take x2 man hours (team of x2 cleaners working) at apartment to complete (so 4 hours in total per job). Some are less some are more.
