I would like to hire an experienced person to support my parents with home duties. This will be after my mother has surgery. Dad is able bodied and completely switched on yet not awesome with house chores that aren’t gardening or fixing things. We are worried that if we don’t get some help that mum will try to do housework when she’s not allowed to! Need somebody a few mornings a week to wash, hang, dry, fold (maybe iron) laundry and put it away. Potentially change over bedding’s, towels and other linens. Cook a meal or two and do some light cleaning. Maybe some organising (mum is super organised yet she may need her bathroom cupboard rearranged so she can reach things post surgery) Would like the person to be police checked and able to show this. A WWWC is desirable too although you won’t be expected to look after any grandchildren that visit. A really lovely friendly person would be great. If you have a references or relevant experience that would be great too. I’ll meet you there this Friday to perhaps have a trial day. They live in a 3 bed 2bath apartment in the city.
