The property is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with two living areas. Tasks include unpacking remaining boxes, putting items away in sensible places, tidying and organising rooms, clearing and resetting surfaces, wiping down benches and other surfaces, cleaning the kitchen and both bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and helping bring the whole house up to a neat and inspection ready standard. This is not a full bond clean, though I do need someone who is confident with both organising and general house cleaning. Outdoor areas also need attention, including sweeping leaves and sand from the front and back patio areas and giving those areas a general tidy. I will be working from home on the day, and my son will be available to assist and give direction between 9.30 am and 3.00 pm, so availability during this window is ideal.
