Hi. Thanks for considering this job. I would like the interior and exterior of 4 windows and 2 sliding doors cleaned (but probably not the 2 bathroom windows). Flexible with day - ideally before 30 June but after then is OK too. There are come complexities so it requires someone with the skills and tools to reach tricky spots. I have included photos with references (BR = bedroom, LR = lounge room ). Factors to consider: - Unit is on Level 2 - Best exterior access is from the patio of the neighbour below - unless you have a way of reaching over their place somehow (see photos). With my help/intro, you will need to arrange access to neighbour’s patio in advance of the day of the job. - Downstairs neighbour’s patio needs to be left clean after the job - All windows have exterior metal security bars. - All windows have fly screens which are not easy to remove (tight fit), so you need skills/knack of how to do this. Ideally you will be able to clean them too (ok if not). - BR1 sliding window can not be lifted from its frame to remove the sliding panel. - The sliding window panel can be removed (from the interior) in LR2, LR3 and BR3. - BR3 window exterior has an ~45° fixed awning protruding from underneath it. - All windows have white roller blind and/or sheer curtains that need to be undamaged in this job - If the job occurs after 1/7, you will need to coordinate with a property manager as well.
