Currently the ground is not at a level. Raised at some areas and low at the others. Side yards and backyards need to be excavated and levelled. Measurements: Sideyard 1: (6.5 X 1) + (4x3.9)+ (9.8 X 2.2) = 43.66 m2 Backyard: 15.05 X 5.5 = 82.775 m2 Sideyard 2: 19 x 1.5 = 28.5 m2 All up, roughly 155 m2 I don't believe soil would need to be taken away as it will fill the gaps. Grass might need to be taken away as I am planning to put better grass seeds. Pictures attached. Note: need to move the shed (not screwed or concreted. Will have a mate or two to help move it with the person who accepts this job) to level the backyard.
