We are planning to build a new concrete/steel fence at the front of our property and a new path leading to our house. We are required to submit a DA for this work. Ku-ring-gai Council has advised that we need to submit the following as part of the DA: A landscape plan is to be provided in accordance with Step 4 of the Development Application Guide June 2021 by a qualified landscape designer. The following information and details are to be indicated on the plan: 1. The plan shall include screen planting of the front fence to minimise the visual impact of the fence on the character of the streetscape and maintain the landscape setting. 2. The design, planting and materials for the landscaped areas shall be in accordance with the objectives and controls outlined in the Ku-ring-gai Development Control Plan (the DCP). 3. Existing trees adjacent to the site (the street trees), are to be numbered in accordance with the arborist report, and a schedule of existing trees is to be included on the drawing. The actual extent of tree canopies is to be shown on the drawing. 4. Details of existing vegetation to be retained and removed including location species, size (height and spread). 5. Hello, I am looking for a landscape design for a small townhouse yard. The yard will need to incorporate a retaining wall and some steps down from street level to the yard level. The yard is around 45m2 and meets a small concrete undercover patio. There will be a rear entrance gate from the street at the rear of the yard. The feel of the townhouse is dark double brick, 1960's with white french doors and windows - think British countryside. Looking to steer clear of anything tropical. Yard is west facing. Thanks!

Require a landscape architect to design a backward garden

Hi I'm looking for some help with what to plant in my garden. Preferably would like to give the work to a young landscape designer just starting out or a student. The garden beds are already existing it's trying to spruce it up with the right plants.

Need a landscape designer to draw up landscape plans that would be suitable to submit to council DA or CDC. Block is in Pymble and building a new house on it, so need a landscape plan to match.
