Throwing a family event and I am a great cook, however I want to enjoy the event myself so looking for an experienced person to do following: Looking for a reliable, fast-paced event cook/food server to help bring our menu to life at a private birthday party for 30 guests. What you'll be doing: Light cooking (air fryer, pan-searing items like lamb chops – nothing complicated) Assembling pre-prepped canapés (all ingredients provided, with clear instructions) Heating and serving food during peak time (6 PM to 9 PM) Helping clean down the space after service What we need: Someone experienced in catering or high-volume cooking Quick, clean, and confident working solo or with minimal direction Good eye for presentation and timing Can handle food service for a crowd of 30 without stress Punctual and able to follow a run sheet Menu and most of meal prep will be done ahead of time with multitasking and ease of serving in mind. You’ll just need to execute and keep things flowing. Start: 5:00 PM (or earlier if agreed to help ensure smooth flow) Finish: ~9:30–10:00 PM (after clean-up) Guests arrive: 6:00 PM Thanks

We are needing an extra set of hands to assist with our stand at the Australian Property Expo. Ideally we would have the same person for both Saturday and Sunday but happy to hear from people who can only do one of the days. The ideal person would be positive, outgoing and happy to interact with attendees of the exhibition. We will give you a rundown prior to the day about the company and any key information you need. You are not required to sell anything or be a product expert, you will simply greet people and help them register their details via a QR code. If you are interested in property, this could be a good fit as we will allow time for you to go and view the other stands at the expo. Ideally you have experience in customer facing roles and are not shy to interact with people. Please note, budget is per day rate. You will be required from 9:30am - 5:30pm both Saturday and Sunday, 17th and 18th May.
