Minor patching and preparation as required Property details: House is vacant and unfurnished Last painted in June 2018 Garage does not require painting I will supply the paint Looking for a quality finish suitable for owner occupation Total floor area approximately 207m², however Double garage (42m²) does not require painting and the internal brick wall adjoining the garage also does not require painting. The kitchen contains substantial floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, reducing the amount of paintable wall area in that room.m too. As a result, the paintable area is significantly less than the total floor area, but I’ve added it for references. Also see photos. I’m renovating my ensuite bathroom and need a licensed/certified plumber to isolate and cap off the existing plumbing so I can safely remove the spa bath, toilet and sink and continue demolition. Scope of work: - Isolate and cap the hot and cold water supply to the bath. - Isolate/cap any other plumbing services required for safe removal. - Ensure everything is left watertight and safe. The bathroom wall has already been opened up, giving easy access to the pipework (see photos). I am not looking for the bath to be removed—only the plumbing to be isolated so I can remove it myself. Materials supplied by me (Chaindirect - Balustrade Basic Kit (No.6) – Turnbuckles (33), Wire (150m), Fittings, Tools Kit): 316 stainless steel wire balustrade DIY kit 3.2 mm 1×19 marine grade 316 stainless wire Turnbuckles, end terminals, saddles and all fittings Hydraulic swaging tool and cable cutters Work required: Remove and dispose of the existing timber balustrade infill only (existing timber posts and top rails to remain). Install stainless steel wire terminals and cables. Tension all wires evenly. Ensure the installation is straight, secure and professionally finished. Clean up and remove all waste upon completion. Project details: Approximately 7 railing sections 8 horizontal wires per section (56 wire runs total) Total railing length approximately 12 metres Existing timber posts and handrails remain Stainless steel wire system only (no glass) Requirements: Experience installing stainless steel wire balustrades. Own tools (other than the supplied swaging tool and cable cutters). Please provide photos of previous similar work. Installation must comply with Australian residential balustrade requirements. I’m looking for someone to remove the fixed metal security screens from the front of my psychology clinic. There are: * 3 fixed security screens on the front windows * 1 security screen on the entry door The screens are aluminium/steel and appear to be fixed in place with screws/rivets (see photos). I simply want them removed carefully without damaging the window or door frames. Requirements: * Remove all four security screens. * Leave the window and door frames in good condition. * Remove any remaining screws, rivets or fixings where possible. * You can keep them if you want them. * Bring your own tools.
