Looking for an experienced painter to repaint the coloured cladding/fascia on my single-storey house in Whitlam. Scope of work Simple wash/clean of surfaces before painting. No primer required (existing paint is in good condition). Apply 2 coats. Upper roof feature: repaint from orange to Surfmist. Remaining orange sections: repaint to Monument. Mask windows, brickwork and other surfaces as required. Clean up after completion. I will supply all paint. You only need to supply your own tools, ladders, masking materials and other consumables.
