Social Media Content Assistant Small HVAC/mechanical company based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches looking for someone to assist with our Instagram and Facebook content. We’re not looking for a marketing agency or advertising manager — just someone creative and reliable to make our social media look professional, attractive and consistent. Approximately 2–3 posts per week, including: * Canva posts using our existing branding * Turning our project photos/info into finished posts * Writing captions and wording * Light photo/video editing * Simple Reels when required * Scheduling/planning content Ideally, we upload photos and basic project information and you turn it into a professional post ready for our approval. Nothing is published without our approval. We’re looking at around $200/month for a one-month trial initially, with the potential to increase the budget and scope if we’re a good fit. You should be comfortable with Canva, Instagram/Facebook, captions and basic Reels/video editing. Good communication, reliability and a good eye for professional content are more important than formal marketing experience. I need someone with graphic design experience to create marketing flyer/racks and business cards for my allied health business. I spent ages on canva designing something and then it wouldn’t print properly as the sizing was off. I am tired of trying to organise these and I don’t want to spend any more time on this task. You need to be able to design these things for me so I can just take the file/design straight to get printed without me needing to do any other work to it (no resizing/no playing around with colours, nothing). Your design has to be 100% ready for me to just take straight to office works or similar printing place. Better yet if you can organise the printing that would be great. I have my Canva design I can send to you which has all the information that I want on the flyer. As for business cards, you’ll be starting from scratch there. I don’t care what’s on it. Just something that looks professional.

We are looking for a part-time Customer Reconnect / Database Calling person for an agricultural based business. This is not cold calling or hard selling. We have around 2,000–3,000 past customers and people who have previously requested quotes or dealt with us. The job is to work through around 20 -40 customer records per day, call them, confirm their contact details and email address, update our CRM, ask whether they are happy to receive occasional marketing emails from us, and identify any current machinery requirements to pass back to our sales team. We need someone who is confident, intelligent and natural on the phone, and who can comfortably talk with Australian farmers, contractors and rural business owners. You need to be able to have a genuine conversation rather than simply read a script. Experience dealing with rural customers, farmers, small business owners, tradespeople or similar practical, down-to-earth customer groups would be a strong advantage. Approximately 10–12 hours per week, initially around $35-40/hour negotiable for the right We will start with a paid trial of approximately 100 customer records. I’ve been developing a mobile App since the start of this year. I think it has the potential for amazing things and the business model is solid and projects massive ROI should things go well. It could be big, like the next Pokémon Go. I’m having difficulty with the trailer I’ve developed for social media release however. I did it all myself, I have no experience with digital/AI developed Video/Image Generation and it’s not that bad but it lacks the engagement and marketability that I want. I was hoping someone with a better understanding of marketing/video/image generation could just help me recut, restructure or even completely remake the trailer I’ve created. You will be well paid if you don’t like the idea or don’t think it’ll work, that’ll be fine. But if you do, I was hoping the right candidate will stay on and work with me on the project in exchange for shares in my company.

Graphic Designer Needed – User Guide & PowerPoint Redesign We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer to redesign two existing pieces of business collateral: 15-page User Guide 13-slide PowerPoint presentation All content is already written, so this is primarily a design and layout project, not copywriting. We have an established brand look and feel across our website and existing pricing collateral, which we’ll provide as a design reference. We’d like both documents redesigned to align with this style and feel modern, professional, clean and consistent. Scope: Redesign and format both documents Improve layout, visual hierarchy and readability Apply our existing brand style consistently Incorporate icons/graphics/visual elements where appropriate Provide the User Guide as a finished PDF plus editable/source file (in Canva preferably) Provide the presentation as a fully editable PowerPoint (in Canva preferably) Allow for 2 rounds of reasonable revisions We will provide the existing documents, brand/design reference and all required content. Budget: approx. $600, but happy to consider offers based on experience and portfolio. Please include examples of similar corporate documents, presentations or marketing collateral you’ve designed.
