I'm seeking a detailed quote for the following landscaping works. The work needs to be completed 9-10 April 2025 and located in Flagstone, QLD. Please see the attached plan and let me know what you think. Remarks: Trufe type: provide costing for the following options: Wintergreen Couch TifTuf Bermuda Under turf soil: Depth: 150mm of quality under-turf soil for strong root establishment. Composition: 60-70% sand – Ensures good drainage and prevents waterlogging. 20-30% organic matter (compost, peat, or manure) – Provides nutrients for turf growth. 10-20% loam or silt – Helps retain moisture and nutrients. pH Level: Ideally between 6 and 7.0 for optimal grass growth. Drainage: Well-draining but with good moisture retention to prevent dry spots. Compaction: Highly compacted Fertilization: Apply a starter fertilizer high in phosphorus (P) before laying turf to promote root development. Front Landscaping: Site Preparation & Leveling Level the front yard to match the house level for a uniform finish. Edging Installation Construct garden and pathway edging using H4-treated timber. Pathway Construction Supply and install steppers along the front path. Fully fill the path with compact gravel for stability. Garden Bed Preparation Supply and install garden soil in designated garden areas. Apply 150mm of arborist mulch for moisture retention and weed control. Mailbox Installation Prepare a small pad and install the client-supplied mailbox. Quote Requirements: Provide a breakdown of each part of the work costs. Specify estimated timeframe for completion.
