Looking for a personal trainer for my boss, who's 50, and I want to find a few suitable options before I bring it to him. He wants to lose weight. His experience has been eating a very low-calorie "diet" for a while, losing some weight, then going back to normal and gaining back the weight. I believe it would be valuable for him to get into a strength training routine so he can continue to eat a decent amount of (healthy) food. The main goals would be to slim down and improve mobility without too much intense pressure from the trainer, as I think a gentler approach would work better for him. Ideally located in Loftus, Sutherland

Looking for an experienced personal trainer to help me( 67YO), and my daughter (33YO). Flexible hours during the day 2-3 session PW. Need this to be ongoing for 6-12 months. I need to enfisise that I am looking for life change training, to improve health and weight, not looking to be athletes. Diet and lifestyle changes needed, so would want someone that has experience in this area as well. (I Need to see references) Happy to pay for the right person. Sorry but wouldl prefer a female trainer.
