Hey everyone! I’m Kyal, and I’m a Fitness trainer with a real passion for helping people feel better, move better, and live healthier lives. Fitness has been a big part of my journey, and now I get to use what I’ve learned to guide others on theirs. I didn’t always plan to become a Fitness trainer. Like a lot of people, I started out just wanting to get in better shape myself. But once I saw how much it helped me—not just physically, but mentally too—I knew I wanted to help others experience that same transformation. That’s what got me hooked. I work with all kinds of people: beginners who are just getting started, folks coming back from injuries, and even those looking to push their limits in the gym. My approach is all about making fitness work for you—no one-size-fits-all plans. We all have different goals, lifestyles, and challenges, and I believe training should reflect that. For me, it’s not just about building muscle or losing weight. It’s about building confidence, creating healthy habits, and feeling good in your own skin. I love seeing my clients surprise themselves with what they’re capable of. That “I can’t believe I did that!” moment—that’s the best part of my job. Outside of training sessions, I’m always learning new techniques, exploring different types of workouts, and finding out ways to keep things fresh and fun. I genuinely enjoy what I do, and I try to bring good energy and support into every session.
