Hi! 👋 I’m looking for a personal trainer for around 4 weeks to help me get comfortable and confident with weight training at my gym (Warlocks gym). I’ve worked out in the past, but mostly through group fitness classes. This time, I’d like to build a solo gym routine that I can follow consistently on my own — with the right structure, form, and confidence using the equipment. I’d love someone who can: • Show me how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively • Create a weekly workout plan that targets different muscle groups each day (e.g. legs, upper body, glutes, core, etc.) • Focus on strength and resistance training for women • Help me develop good form, balance, and progression • Offer motivation and accountability while I build a routine that sticks I’m mainly interested in weight and resistance training, not cardio. Ideally, we’d meet 2 times a week for about a month to help me get into a solid groove. Please let me know your availability, rates, and experience, especially if you’ve worked with women. I’m 17 years old, a woman, 65kg, 5’5. I feel mislead online and am unsure of how to lose weight. I would like to lose about 5kg, whilst toning my legs. I just want someone to help me with the basics please. I would at least want a good gym routine to start off, I don’t want too get bulky and would like to fix my metabolism.
