Existing Setup: PDFs in OneDrive; ABBYY PDF (bookmarked, not annotated) Notion Plus workspace (some integrations active) Zotero, LiquidText, Web Highlighter, Notero, M365 personal, PDF-XChange Key Challenges: Logs have fragmented formatting (dates, sender names, timestamps separated from message body). Appending multiple non-contiguous excerpts into a single clean note. Highlighting across page/date breaks; capturing images/attachments. Custom Zotero citation format Automated item ref/ heading/ date&time stamp and citation extraction and page/s ref 1. Extraction: Method & Tool/s to highlight text, capture sender/date/time metadata with minimal manual entry, and add analysis notes. 2. Notion Sync: eg Zotero -> Notero -> Notion DB automatically mapping properties (Date&Time/Range, Sender, Page, Citation, Notes, Tags). 3. Third-Party Sharing (Critical): (Word table, Excel, HTML) Standalone export of cited, hyperlinked annotations/notes with filterable tags alongside source PDFs. Every row to contain section heading/ item ref/ date&time header, quote, page citation, notes, and a clickable live synced hyperlink to source pdf note location. Live sync/update with source PDF hyperlinks for 3rd party share is key over notion linking. 4. Brief video walkthrough or simple cheat sheet for fast execution. Setup needed quickly with minimal time and input required of me. In reply, explicitly state expected time to complete and availability to start. Open to alternative free tools if same output achieved. Strict confidentiality.
