Our account has been suspended due to a high bounce rate. We need help fixing the issue with the below suggestions from Brevo - please note we do have Captcha on our newsletter forms, but the website needs to be checked in case we are missing any: Firstly, ensure that all contacts you use on the platform adhere to our policies: - Build a legitimate contacts database for optimal deliverability and compliance Contacts that you import must have explicitly agreed to receive your email campaigns regularly within the last two years. Please block any contacts that do not adhere to these policies. Here are two tutorials to help you learn how to block contacts. - Manually blocklist multiple contacts - Import a list of blocklisted contacts (Review the collection methods previously shared by the client, confirm that the client has provided all necessary information, including examples, and guide the client accordingly) 2. Secondly, please identify unengaged and invalid contacts. Some of your contacts may have changed their email addresses or lost interest in your content after a long period without receiving or opening your emails. We suggest proactively adding those contacts to your blocklist using one of the tutorials mentioned in the first point. 3. Thirdly, I suggest including a captcha on your online forms and/or implementing a double opt-in confirmation to prevent collecting misspelled or fake email addresses.
