Looking for a talented caterer / food stylist to prepare a premium grazing table for a boat party in Sydney on Friday 13th December for 50 guests. Budget: Under $700 (inclusive of ingredients and prep) What we’re after: A beautifully styled grazing table with: Premium cheeses (Australian & European varieties, including Brie, Camembert, Manchego, Truffle Pecorino, etc.) Specialty cured meats (Prosciutto, Salami, Sopressa, Coppa, etc.) Fresh artisan bread & crackers Seasonal fresh fruits (berries, grapes, figs, etc.) Dried fruits & cheese accompaniments (quince paste, chutneys, honey, etc.) Dips & antipasto (hummus, olives, pickles, artichokes, etc.) Requirements: Must be able to prepare and deliver to the boat in Birkenhead Point Marina at 11am (approx 45min to set up) Food must be freshly prepared (ideally on the day or day before) Must be able to style the table or provide it ready to serve/display Open to creative presentation and surprise elements! If you’re passionate about food and presentation, and can work within the budget, I’d love to hear from you!
