Looking for a handy person to build and install an oven enclosure to make space ready for oven installation by an electrician. The shelf will need to be secure and level to safely hold the appliance and meet requirements of the installation manual - extract attached. For context, the cabinet space for the installation is the location of the old gas oven (old oven was 90cm tall, new is 60cm with new dishwasher installed below). Oven is approx 40Kg and will need to be braced from the side walls of the cavity, rather than sitting on top of dishwasher to allow ventilation/heat gap between dishwasher and oven. Details: - Oven model for cabinet to fit: Westinghouse WVEP6717DD - supply cabinet materials in accordance with installation requirements and dimensions in the three pages extracted from the manual attached. - Oven dimensions and weight provided in the attached. - Existing cavity measurements provided in attached photo - Proud fit (cf flush fit) acceptable if existing cavity size requires - Location: Clifton Hill Please advise if any other information required for you to provide a quote.

Make an offer. Photo gives an idea of what I’m seeking. Drawers are good but not a must. Open to different materials. Tassie oak too thin, probably use vic ash and tassie oak for thinner parts like backing (read below). Mine won’t be as long and probably less shelving above. Possibly a cupboard at one end to hide a large computer monitor behind. Masonry walls. Preference is to have shelving and bench with timber backing on the wall I.e a “L” shape at 90 degrees (like a backsplash).

Need a pet house built from timber. Approx 850mm x 670mm with 460mm height. Have the dimensions drawn up and a cardboard model for reference. Note the curved edges. Needs a base and top too - plywood is fine - it will be for indoor use. Ideally lid should be removable with recess tracks to click into place. Can be done remotely and picked up once completed. I’m based in Coorparoo.

Carpenter required for body corp works: Double doors (glazed with timber frame) to be taken off hinges for repair to the bottom of timber frame where there is some timber rot. Rot does not extend up to the glazing. Prefer for repair to be a section of timber rather than bogged. Door to be installed back in place, noting new hinges will be provided to one of the doors. The 3x new hinges will need to be rebated into the door frame. Require quote invoice including ABN and third party insurance. The works is to a door that is jointly owned by the apt owner (myself) and the body corp and will be billed to the body corp hence why evidence of insurance is required.
