I need a skilled carpenter or experienced handyman to build a leveled timber base (plinth) on my sloped brick garage floor, and then assemble a Bunnings rackit shelving system on top of it. Part 1: Build the Plinth Dimensions: 5000mm (L) x 650mm (D). The garage floor is brick and has a slope for drainage. The plinth needs to be level. It must be built strong enough to support a "Rack It 1000KG" system. I am suggesting a 90x45mm H3 treated pine ladder frame (max 450mm joist spacing) topped with 17mm structural ply/formply. Note on the floor: Because the floor is brick rather than a concrete slab, care needs to be taken when anchoring the frame down (using appropriate masonry screws rather than heavy dynabolts that might shatter the bricks). Materials: Please let me know in your offer if your quote includes supplying the timber/ply/packers/fixings, or if you want me to purchase the materials at Bunnings based on your cut list. Part 2: Assemble Shelving Unit Once the base is level, assemble the Bunnings Rack It 1000KG Pro system on top. Shelves on the left, and Pro drawers, cabinets, and a pegboard on the right. The shelving unit will need to be safely bracketed to the wall behind it once assembled. I will have all the Rack It components ready in the garage. Requirements: You must have your own tools (laser level/long spirit level, hammer drill, impact driver, circular saw, etc.). Experience with building structural frames and working with masonry/brick floors is highly preferred. Please let me know your approach to leveling and securing the base on the brick floor when you make an offer!

accessibility fixture for 14 year old son (autistic) and not potty trained. He scot and does his things. This is an attempt to try to him get use a system. If successful can replicate to school etc. I am in Panorama SA 5041 so should be within 20-30 km away so it is possible to picked up once done Simple joinery, but the finish is the whole job. The 4 attached drawings give every dimension, the materials, the hardware and the finish spec — please read them before quoting. WHAT IT IS A plywood box 750 x 750 x 110mm high. Hinged lid with a 200 x 420mm opening cut in it. A stainless tray sits inside and lifts out for cleaning. Continuous stainless hinge along the back edge, flush keyed cam lock on the front. WHY THE FINISH MATTERS This is for a family member who will systematically test every edge, seam and fastener with his hands. The build has to give him nothing to get hold of: - Lid flush with the box on all four faces. No overhang, no rebate, no applied edging or trim. - All outside edges radiused 5-6mm. - No proud fasteners anywhere reachable — countersink, fill, sand flush. - Sealed with two-pack polyurethane inside and out, every cut edge included. - Non-slip must be grit broadcast into the top coat. No grip tape, no rubber mat on top — anything applied gets peeled off within a day. YOU SUPPLY EVERYTHING Including the stainless tray: a Gastronorm GN 1/1 food pan, 530 x 325 x 65mm deep. Standard catering item, stocked by every hospitality supplier, around $40. Materials should come in near $300. Please quote labour separately. DELIVERY Delivered assembled and fully finished. Roughly a one-day job for someone with a bench and a router. I'll check the finish on handover against the list in drawing 4. The main one: a fingernail shouldn't catch on any external edge or joint.
