We’re looking for a cabinet maker or outdoor kitchen builder to provide a quote for a custom outdoor kitchen. Our space is rectangular with a few obstacles, so we’ll provide measurements and photos of the space and inspiration photos to assist with preparing a quote. If needed, a site visit can be arranged before proceeding with the project. I'd like a pull-out solution to a tall, thin, deep pantry cupboard in kitchen. Ideal solution probably looks like a full pull-out cupboard which reuses the existing door and goes the full depth into the cupboard, though I'm open to suggestions on alternate setups. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or highly skilled handyman to assemble and install three flat-pack wardrobes in an 1890s terrace. This is more than a standard flat-pack assembly, so please only make an offer if you’re comfortable with custom fitting and working in older homes. Task to be completed Aug 5,6 or 7 Please review all photos before making an offer. IKEA PAXWardrobes to assemble • 1 × 99.8 × 201.2 × 60.4 cm wardrobe assembled in arch to right of fireplace • 1 × 99.8 × 201.2 × 37.4 cm wardrobe assembled in arch to left of fireplace • 1 × 49.8 × 236.4 × 60.4 cm wardrobe assembled next to current wardrobe Scope of work • Assemble all three wardrobes. • Raise the two 99.8cm-wide wardrobes approximately 150mm to clear the existing skirting boards. (The 49.8cm wardrobe does not need to be raised.) Installer to supply and construct suitable plinths/bases or propose an alternative solution that is level, stable and strong. Skirting boards cannot be removed. • Install the two 99.8cm-wide wardrobes into the alcoves on either side of the fireplace. The openings are approximately 1000mm wide, while the wardrobes are 998mm wide, so please confirm fit on site. Minor scribing/shaving/trimming may be required if necessary. • Secure both 99.8cm-wide wardrobes to the masonry walls. • Install the 49.8cm-wide wardrobe beside the existing wardrobe and securely attach it to the existing wardrobe (not the wall). • One wardrobe location has a cable/junction box and a separate cable near floor level that will need to be worked around (see photos). Please bring • All tools required • Masonry drill and suitable masonry anchors/plugs • Cabinet connector screws • Timber/materials required for the two plinths/bases • Any other fixings required for a safe, professional installation Experience with older homes, uneven walls/floors, custom fitting and wardrobe installation is preferred. We have a new Laminex benchtop to install in our kitchen. We're after an experienced cabinet maker or benchtop installer to fit it, cut the required openings, and mount a splashback panel. Everything below is supplied by us. You bring tools and consumables. BENCHTOP - Material: Laminex (laminate) - Shape: L-shaped, supplied in two pieces joined on a 45 degree mitre at the internal corner - Piece 1 (front run): approx 1550mm long x 640mm deep - Piece 2 (return run): approx 1350mm long x 630mm deep - The mitre join needs to be pulled up tight, flush and level using join fasteners/biscuits (join points are pre-marked on our template) CUTOUTS REQUIRED (IN THE BENCHTOP) - Sink cutout (sink and template will be on site) - Tap hole - Please confirm exact positions against the sink template and our marks before cutting SPLASHBACK - IKEA LYSEKIL wall panel, double sided stainless steel/brass finish - Size 119.6 x 55cm, 2mm high pressure laminate, approx 2.3kg - Needs to be cut to fit or dropped below bench height, plus a cutout for one wall power point - To be lightly fixed to the wall only. WE PROVIDE - Benchtop pieces, sink, tap, and the LYSEKIL panel YOU PROVIDE - All tools, saw/router suitable for laminate cutouts, join fasteners/biscuits, clamps, silicone/sealant, and fixings PLEASE INCLUDE IN YOUR QUOTE - Whether your price covers the join, all cutouts, and the splashback - Your earliest availability - A quick note on your experience with laminate benchtops and mitre joins Dimension drawing attached.
