Our kitchen cabinetry under the sink houses a hot water tank. The tank developed a slow leak, which unfortunately went unnoticed until our neighbours advised us that water was leaking into the unit below. The leak has now been fully repaired, however the bottom/base of the cabinet has sustained water damage and is likely rotten. We are looking for a suitably skilled person (cabinet maker / carpenter / handyman) to: • Remove and replace the damaged bottom cabinetry/flooring only. We will arrange a plumber separately to remove hot water tank. - Repair the silicone between wall and stone benchtop where a gap has appeared in same area where the leak was previously The cabinet doors and upper cabinetry are in good condition and do not need replacing — it’s just the base/floor panel inside the cabinet. Bottom cabinetry measurement is length 145 cm x depth 55 cm (approximately)

I have a decent-sized kitchen in a 2-bedroom apartment and am looking into a kitchen refresh / makeover. The cabinet doors appear to have a vinyl wrap on them (I’ve attached a close-up photo of one of the doors for reference). I wanted to check whether it would be possible to repaint them with a fresh coat, or if refacing / rewrapping would be the better option. I’m also looking to: Paint or apply a new surface/sheet to the benchtop Paint the kitchen walls and ceiling Paint the floor tiles The kitchen itself is in solid condition with sturdy cupboards, so I’m hoping a fresh makeover can really brighten and modernise the space without a full renovation. Looking for an experienced cabinet installer/carpenter to install a wall-mounted storage cabinet in a small desk nook, as shown in the reference photo. !Requires a relatively thin cabinet that just covers the depth of the orange box. Cabinet is to be installed high on the wall, aligned neatly under the ceiling/bulkhead, and box in the electricals. It needs to be level, securely fixed to the wall, and finished cleanly with doors aligned, handles fitted and trims installed.
