We run the Dog Lovers Festival and Cat Lovers Festival in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and use ExpoFP (US based software https://expofp.com/)to create and manage our exhibition floor plans. We are looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience specifically using ExpoFP to help us maintain and update our existing floor plans on an ongoing, casual basis. Our floor plans are already created. We need someone who can quickly and accurately make updates as required, ranging from very simple changes through to more complex ExpoFP work, including: • Moving, resizing, adding and removing exhibition stands • Combining or splitting stands • Changing stand numbers, dimensions and configurations • Moving or changing walls, aisles and other floor plan elements • Adding and updating exhibitor names, sponsors and logos • Updating feature areas and other elements • Making more complex layout changes when required • Ensuring our live interactive floor plans remain accurate and professional MUST HAVE: Demonstrated experience creating and editing exhibition floor plans specifically in ExpoFP. Please do not apply if you haven't previously used ExpoFP. This is an ongoing requirement, currently around 2–3 hours per week, although this will vary depending on our event schedule. Work can be completed remotely and we are happy to pay an agreed hourly rate or weekly project fee. We are looking for someone reliable and responsive who can become our ongoing go-to person for ExpoFP updates across all our Festivals. I’m looking for an experienced commercial workshop designer, architect or industrial planning specialist to help finalise an EV workshop in Burundi that is already under construction. I have architectural plans, but changes have been made on site. Please review these alongside current photos, videos and measurements, identify discrepancies and adapt the design to what has actually been built. I need practical recommendations to improve workflow, safety and appearance, as well as updated drawings. Scope: - Workshop layout, vehicle movement and work sequence - Positioning of lifts, tools, diagnostics, workbenches and equipment - EV work zones, battery handling/storage and appropriate separation - Staff and customer circulation - Security, CCTV, access control and secure storage - Fire detection/protection, emergency exits and evacuation - Power requirements and equipment/service locations - Ventilation, lighting, signage and workplace safety - Parts handling, storage and waste areas - Interior/exterior appearance and professional presentation - Important features or safety needs I may have overlooked Please propose a clear final package, ideally updated layouts, equipment placement, annotated visuals and practical recommendations for the construction team. I’m looking for an experienced architect, commercial interior designer or entertainment-venue designer to develop the concept for a new arcade/entertainment venue in Burundi. The irregular site has approximate boundary lengths of 52m, 38m, 26m, 9m, 40m and 47m. I’ve attached a document showing the site shape, dimensions, satellite location and GPS coordinates. I have ideas for some attractions and facilities, but no experience designing or operating an arcade. I need someone who can advise what the venue should include and propose a practical overall concept — not simply draw what I request. The design should consider: arcade machines/attractions and entertainment areas reception/ticketing and prize/redemption toilets, staff, storage and service areas customer flow, accessibility and maintenance access security/CCTV and access control fire safety, emergency exits and evacuation electrical loads, backup power, lighting and air-conditioning plumbing, internet/networking and acoustics signage, exterior appearance and site access The design must suit construction and operation in Burundi. Please identify where local approvals, specialist engineering or licensed professionals will be needed for later coordination with local architects, engineers and contractors. I’m looking for someone with genuine experience developing commercial detergents, surfactant-based cleaners and/or industrial cleaning chemicals. The aim is to develop commercially viable, cost-effective formulations using raw materials readily available from Australian suppliers. Ideally the product range would share common raw materials to simplify purchasing and manufacturing. For finished products I’m looking for: • Exact weight-based formulations • Raw-material specifications and Australian supplier options • Detailed manufacturing/batch procedures • Scalable batch instructions • QC specifications such as pH, SG and viscosity where relevant • Stability/shelf-life and packaging guidance • Information/documentation required for Australian SDS/TDS preparation • Support during initial trial batches I’m also very interested in speaking with chemists who already own a proven cleaning chemical formulation library and may be willing to sell or grant permanent commercial rights to selected formulations.
