I have a pair of power rack J-hooks that need to be modified and installed onto a timber outdoor gym post. Work required: • Cut off the rear hanging hook and alignment pin from the J-hooks (steel cutting) • Grind the back flat and clean • Drill bolt holes in the J-hooks • Through-bolt the J-hooks into a timber post using structural bolts • Ensure hooks cannot rotate under load (anti-rotation solution – weld tab or timber notch) Timber post is already installed. J-hooks are standard heavy-duty steel with UHMW lining. This is a small, clean job for someone with metal fabrication or welding experience. Please bring appropriate tools (grinder, drill, bolts). Looking for someone experienced with steel work / welding / fabrication. Photos available.

Looking for supply and installation of a new internal staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor, based on the attached floor plan. This is a brand new opening and we’re after an L-shaped staircase with a landing. Must comply with NCC requirements. The water is dipping from the ceiling behind the cupboard in the kitchen on the ground floor. This happens only when having shower for longer time in the bathroom on first floor. The bathroom is on top of the leaking point. As the leaking point is behind the cupboard and have limit access, i cannot reach it but can only see a rough picture by using the mirror. From the mirror i can see a pvc pipe there on the ceiling. I can hear water is flowing in that pipe when having shower. Maybe leaking water is coming from there. We may need to disassemble the cupboard first to fix the leakage. As shown in the first photo, water is dipping into the place for microwave. Second photo is how the leaking point look like when looking up from the place for microwave

I have a roof curtain product that I need 2D technical structural connection details done. There are 2 fixing points. The curtain brackets are fixed to the edge of the roof fascia over the eaves gutter and another fixing point is on the actual roof sheet/tile itself. I want detail drawings showing how this is connected and fixed together. I also want to have a small animation showing the movement of the system rolling up and down as the curtain retracts itself and rolls out. Please itemise quote for both or just one of you can only complete one of them. I have attached drawings of the house roof showing first set of brackets extending out over the gutters, and second line of the brackets fixed further back on the roof tiles. The first line of brackets support the rollers struts which need to be added to the top of the roof on drawing and on the front house. Looking forward to getting some quotes. Cheers
