Several large and heavy items delivered to my home that need to be carried from the ground floor up to the first floor (around 12 steep stairs). Labour only, no van required. Help me lift a couch from my apartment into a van then from the van into another apartment

Need a lift to Dublin Airport @ 6am sharp on Thursday 12th June. 2 people from Barnoaks, Citywest. No luggage as we have just 2 bags.

A heavy duty elliptical/cross training equipment of about 100kg needs to be removed from first floor of duplex apartment with steps at entrance, to ground floor of a house. Other items to be removed include: 2 office chairs, 1 seater couch, 1 small shelving unit, 4 garden chairs, boxes with clothes and miscellaneous. This job can’t be done by one person as the cross trainer is heavy and your van may need to have a ramp.
