I am based in the Hampton Wood/Finglas area of Dublin and would like to request a repair call-out for my GT-PRO 5000 treadmill. Here are the symptoms we are experiencing: - When we power on the device and press "Start", the motor does not run. - The console powers on normally and there is no error codes displayed on the screen. - We have verified that the magnetic safety key is correctly placed and working. We have also tried the following reset procedure without success: 1. Powered off the treadmill for 5 minutes. 2. Disconnected the power cable. 3. Reconnected the power cable after 5 minutes 4. Pressed the red reset button located next to the power button. 5. Reconnected and powered it back on. It powers up, but the motor still won't start.
