Mount large tv onto the bracket/wall

Mount TV on wall. I already have the bracket and it’s on the wall but the screw is so long. The removalist said it needs spacers / washers?? Please bring. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 9 January 2024

I am looking for someone to hang our 55 inch television on the wall. It can just be flush to the wall. In the image you will see there is a power outlet to the right and a bedroom. It should be possible to run the power cable through the wall so that it hangs without cables below it.
