My elderly uncle has foxtel and it is not working. it doesnt appear to be pairing and not sure why it has dropped out. If someone can sort out and as well remove any equipment which is not required (the set up is relatively messy and perhaps this could be the problem). Hang samsung the frame 55inch tv on brick plastered wall

This 8-yr old TV suddenly made a loud pop noise and turned itself off. It had burnt smell and has been switched off since. It won’t turn on again. Model number: 42LN5400 Please let me know if it’s possible to get it fixed and what it might be.

Few tasks: 1. Wall mount tv and install (cable bracket -measure, cut and paste on wall)- 40 inch tv - brick wall- tv mount & cable bracket provided - need to check for wires behind wall. 2. Hang hooks - hooks provided as per picture- brick wall - screws not provided (bring some) - floor coverings required as the powdery brick will stain carpet. X3 hooks 3. Hang one picture up and clock - brick wall - bring screws 4. Fix window lock - screw is loose as it has been repaired a few times so screw doesn’t fit - maybe a bigger screw - bring screw. Timing flexible during the day.

TV suddenly flickered and then turned off. I suspect is needs a power supply module replacement. This is an 8 year old HD TV, so its not worth spending huge dollars to fix it, but for the right price it would be worth it. Would like it to be done sometime in the next few days.
