LG WebOS TV UH950T turns on normally but after about 15-20 mins, the screen goes black while normal sound still on. Turning off and back on, the black screen returns even quicker (1-2 mins). If we let the TV off for an hour or more, it will switch on ok for 15-20mins then same problems happen again. TV was bought in 2016/2017. If you think the TV is unrepairable or too costly to repair, I would like to get an assessment report stating unrepairable. Happy to pay $50 (or let me know your quote) for the assessment report. Report can be emailed to me if on site inspection is not required. A photo of the TV info is attached FYI. I can provide more details and photos. - Due date: Before Monday, 26 June 2023

Its a 50' LG smart TV that I bought about 7 yrs ago. The problem is that when I turn it one the LG logo comes up for 2 secs and then goes away and then later its just a black screen. However, when I press the home button and if I go really close to the screen I can see that it does bring up the home menu but its really dark to see.
