Connecting Foxtel & TV so they work + checking antenna connection I hate this stuff and am sure it will take 5 minutes

I have a new TV area in our house and need an aerial outlet on the wall to connected to so that we can receive free-to-air TV. We already have free to air aerial cable which is connected in another bedroom about 10m away.

We recently bought a new house and it has existing home theatre with Optoma UHD60 projector and ceiling mounted speakers (front: L, R, centre, rear: L, R), speakers tested ok. I have Yamaha HRT6063 receiver that needs to be connected to projector and speakers/subwoofer and ceiling mounted projector aligned/configured.
