I’m looking for an experienced concreter to assist with and supervise the pour, including: • Checking formwork, levels and reinforcement before pouring • Helping move approximately 0.6 m³ of ready-mix concrete by wheelbarrow (20m from driveway) • Directing placement and screeding • Floating, edging and finishing the slab to a flat, level surface suitable for a garden shed My partner and I will be available to assist with wheelbarrowing and general labour. This is our first concrete pour, so we’re looking for someone experienced who can lead the process. Please bring your own finishing tools and confirm your experience with small concrete slabs. I have a metal garden shed door that has come off its hinges and needs to be repaired and rehung. The hinges are still attached to the shed frame, however the rivets/fasteners attaching the hinges to the door have failed. Photos show the current condition. Need a concrete slab laid for a garden shed. 2.4m wide x 1.65m length. 100mm slab. Require someone to complete the job from ground prep through to completion of slab. Soil only needs to be levelled vs digging down as happy for the slab to sit higher. There is wheelbarrow access to rear of property but two steps up and down to manage.
