Looking for someone handy to build me a special type of hook on clothesline. To be clear this is not an assembly job - this is actually looking for someone who can source bits and pieces and build from scratch following a design. Specifically I am looking to make something that hooks onto a balcony balustrade big enough to dry bed sheets. As I am in a rental I am unable to attach anything to walls. This needs to be lightweight and weatherproof. It also needs to come apart for storage and transport.
