The measurement of the crack is 3-3.5cm. The measurement of the glass is 48x74cm, and including the window frame is 57x82cm. It's very small, however, the glass in the window needs to be replaced (due to the crack) at the request of the landlord. Preferably fixed on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, with a couple of days' notice.

(The outdoor unit will be secured on the balcony floor facing the fence. Condensate drainage will connect to the existing drainage pipework on the balcony.
