Looking for a qualified glazier to inspect and repair a frameless shower glass door in a relatively new apartment in Willoughby. This is a recurring issue. The door previously dropped and started scraping the bottom. The builder’s contractor adjusted and lifted the door, however over time it has gradually dropped again. I am not looking for someone to simply lift the door and leave. I would like a proper assessment of why this keeps happening. Scope of work: • Inspect the shower door, hinges and mounting hardware • Lift and realign the door if required • Check for any worn, defective or incorrectly installed components, including hinge gaskets, rubber packing pieces, setting blocks or other parts that could be contributing to the door gradually dropping over time • Advise on the root cause and recommend a permanent fix where possible • Replace any minor parts if available (materials can be discussed separately) I will attach photos showing the current door position and hinge type so you can come prepared with any tools or common replacement parts if required. I'm looking for an experienced glazier to help install two wall mirrors. Mirror specifications: 2 × 5 mm silver, copper-free polished mirrors Size: 2,150 mm × 1,170 mm each unframed installatiion in gym area The mirrors are currently stored in landscape orientation and need to be rotated into portrait orientation before being mounted on the wall. The installation is a little challenging because the ceiling height is approximately 2,250 mm, leaving only about 100 mm of clearance above the mirrors when they are upright. I'm looking for someone with experience handling and installing large mirrors safely in tight spaces. I already have: Mirror tape for installation Both mirrors ready to install I'll be available to assist as a second pair of hands during the installation.
