Book reliable gift delivery services in Sydney

We're sending some PR packages and need a reliable, friendly Airtasker to hand-deliver 11-15 gift packages to media/PR contacts around the Sydney CBD area on Thursday the 15th of October, with a pickup from Seven Hills 2147. This isn't just a delivery job, we're creating a video of the whole experience, so you'll need to be comfortable filming short clips as you go (walking up to buildings, handing over the package, quick reactions, etc.) please note, there will be one shot of you when you pick up the gifts that we will film, so you will be featured in the video! What's involved: Collect 11-15 packages from Seven Hills 2147 (details on confirmation) Deliver to 11-15 addresses around Sydney CBD across the day Film short clips at each stop (or a good chunk of them) for a wrap-up video Send us all footage same day via Google Drive All parking on the day will need to be paid by you (hopefully covered in the budget) We're looking for someone who is: Punctual and organised Available for a full day on Thursday 15th September Has a car Friendly and presentable — you'll be representing our brand as well as Airtasker at each stop. Will may also need to know your T-shirt size ASAP for an Airtasker T-shirt. Thanks so much!

I need someone to go to the L’Occitane store at Westfield Sydney (CBD), purchase a gift set, and deliver it to my friend at Good Luck Restaurant in the Sydney CBD. The restaurant is located right next to The Press. The gift should be purchased, delivered safely, and handed directly to my friend. I’ll provide the details of the gift and the recipient once the task is accepted. Thank you!

Create a beautiful hamper, containing a printed letter, to be delivered to an office in Sydney

We have prepared custom gift boxes for specific companies in Sydney CBD and need a reliable, professional person to hand-deliver them to the right people. Your job: Visit a list of corporate office addresses, approach reception, and ensure each gift box reaches the nominated contact by name. You don't need to meet them directly — just maximise the chances it lands in the right hands and doesn't get left in a pile. What we need from you: You'll be in professional corporate environments, so presentation matters. Smart casual dress is required — collared shirt and dress pants for men, equivalent for women. We need someone confident, personable, and who takes the role seriously. This isn't a standard courier job — you're representing our brand. About the boxes: ~30cm x 22cm x 10cm, lightweight, containing a note and hourglass. Please handle with care — the hourglasses are fragile. What's involved: Collect boxes from our Sydney CBD office Deliver to ~20 addresses across Sydney CBD in a single day Log each delivery outcome in a shared spreadsheet (e.g. delivered, person on leave, passed to assistant) Return any undelivered boxes at the end of the day Transport: Driving can work for this task - we'll reimburse parking, but we'd expect you to be smart about it. Group nearby offices together and avoid paying for separate parking at each stop where it's not needed. A bike with a large bag is also a great option for getting around the CBD efficiently. Ideal for: Brand ambassadors, sales reps, or anyone comfortable and confident in corporate office environments. Timeline: Within the next week, with potential to repeat every 2–4 weeks. Compensation: ~$300 ($15 per box including travel). We need someone willing to go up to the right floor, engage with reception properly, and capture useful context — not just drop and go.
