Need some weeds removed in the front yard and in a very small rear courtyard. Some of the plants in the front yard need to be cut back a little just to tidy up. The weeds in the front yard have already been poisoned, they just need to be raked up and removed. The weeds in the backyard are still alive but would be fairly easily pulled up. The lawn doesn’t need mowing as it’s fairly short and the neighbour does it for us anyway. Hi! At some stage, yet to be determined but early June on a weekday, Im going to do an outdoor tidy-up - sweeping, water-blasting, trimming, etc - and it would be great to have some help to get the job done quicker. Not particularly labour-intensive, just a big property. I'm not looking for a professional gardener so much as someone keen to earn some extra $$ for a fairly easy piece of work. I'm offering $40 an hour. I'll add a $25:turning up bonus. The offer Im putting up here is the hourly rate so if it takes 2 hours I'll pay $105; 3 hours, I'll pay $145, for example. 2 x townhouses in the same street require small mow front & backyard. Urgently today or tomorrow if possible

Weeding, removing overgrown grass, trimming of trees and ferns (about 3 trees and 10 ferns), we let it go over winter so we would like the garden cleaned up for summer. Area covers 25 square meters roughly. A weed killer to be used so it doesn't grow back fast. We can use our bins in the building to throw away the trimming and grass though we would need the bags to be supplied by you. We received a quote of 300 for the job though we thought was was a bit much as the area isn't that large, and could be completed within a few hours by a trained gardener. Willing to pay in cash if that is preferred.
