Mow and wipersnip standard suburban yard and weed garden beds

The lawn at the front needs a good mow/trim (especially around the edges), however, the grass at the back is still very low and could easily be mowed in 10-15mins. It's a 600sqm block. The garden beds are the main priority, as they are full of these big weedy looking plants that keep spreading at the front and right side of house and are growing out of control in their "garden beds". They're also around the two tree/plants close to the road outside the front of our house, and in the back garden bed near the neighbours fence. I'd like the weeds all pulled out and sprayed to try to prevent them growing back or spreading further. Basically wanting a decent tidy up of the yard. We don't have a green waste bin so the waste would need to be able to be taken away, too.
