The property is up a hill and the garden is accessed by two sets of stairs. One part of the garden is accessible via a steep slope. Jobs include: - deseeding and cutting fronds from palm trees - weeding/ weed killer where required - cutting grass - hedge trimming (4 main large ones) The grass was last cut in mid December and the rest of the garden last maintained 2 months ago. We require someone reliable and thorough to complete the following tasks at a minimum: See attached photos for requirements: 1. Deseed palm trees, cut back any dead/ falling fronds and trim back any plants blocking the pathway to the garden 2. Garden accessible by two sets of stairs, this is the first one. The hedge on the right and the bushes straight ahead require trimming back. 3. This is under the house, most of the overgrowth is dead from previous weed killer but requires pulling out as well as removing fallen leaves etc. May require additional weedkiller. Accessible from a clean and cleared out path under the house. 4. This is the second set of stairs to access main garden. Bushes here also require trimming back and grass cutting. 5. This is the wooden path to the garden which requires weedkiller and whipper snipper especially towards the bottom. 6. This is the main garden - all grass needs to be cut, edges trimmed around the pool. Two of the main hedges are visible and need to be trimmed back. The palm trees (behind the slide) also require deseeding and dead/falling fronds to be cut down Please note that there is an additional smaller hedge that require trimming (one accessible under the house). 7. This is the slope at the back of the house. It is accessible through a gate (from the bottom of the wooden path) and is steep in places. It requires mowing, cutting back/weeding etc. We have provided this level of detail so you can see the work required up front. Potential for ongoing maintenance work. Happy to provide green waste vouchers for tipping fees etc.

3 hours of work on Saturday 14.11 (not sure why the add keeps changing it to Sunday) - exact time tbc. Need the yard mowed, gardens weeded and any hedges and plants done. Will need own tools and remove all rubbish once job has been completed. Flat block with small front yard and small back yard (both grass with some planting along the edges).

Hi! I am looking for someone to weed a small garden bed and backyard grass. The grass patch is roughly 7 x 3 metres but only half of it has most the weeds. It would probably take me an hour to do it myself, but I am unable to currently as pregnant. I would like it all pulled out by the roots before I put harsh chemicals on it! Rear lawn to be mowed and edges trimmed. We have about 6 or so hedges that need trimming- mainly the ones in the backyard and front driveway. Overall- we would like all our garden areas weeded, mowed, hedged and looking nice! The garden is already in good condition- just needs a tidy up! Dates flexible for the right person. $100 is my budget :) Removal of green trimmings must be included as I don’t have a green waste bin.
