I live in a townhouse and have a house inspection coming up. I need the front courtyard, side courtyard, side path and stairs, drive way and front garden bed tidied up. I have a small outside area for my unit, but it needs a decent clean up/tidy job. Hi. This job is in preparation for a rent inspection next week. The weeding needs to be done in the garden beds approximately 3/4 of which have roses growing. The weeds are mainly long grass and other large weeds which are easy to pull out. Whipper snipper can't be used because of the presence of reticulation. There are lots of fallen leaves to be raked and removed also. I am happy to pay by the hour and expect it will be 4 to 5 hours of work.
