Corner block in Aranda with a big gum tree out the front. Looking for a tidy up, not a landscaping job. What I need done: 1. Front yard: rake and blow all the gum leaves and bark so the ground sits flat and tidy. Pull the weeds from the beds and along the driveway. Cut back the two overgrown shrubs either side of the drive so nothing hangs over the driveway or path. 2. Kerb: sweep the street gutter along our frontage (it wraps around the corner) and clear the leaves off the verge. 3. Around the house: same pass down both sides, leaves and weeds. 4. Back yard: light tidy only. Pick up fallen branches and leaves. Nothing else needed out the back. 5. Spray weed killer on the beds, paths and driveway edges once the weeds are pulled. Bring your own. Green waste can go in our green bin and a neat pile at the side of the house. Tell me in your offer if you would rather take it away and what that adds. Bring your own blower, rake and sprayer. Water and power on site. I can be home or leave the side gate open. Flexible on the day, weekday or weekend over the next two weeks. Should be 3 to 4 hours for one person.
