Excellent work thank you. Prompt response to job and a time was arranged and Dave was here when he said he would be. Very professional and a very nice person too. Very happy with price. However, this is nothing to do with the recliner chair repairer but I have had a bit of trouble with Airtasker. I am a brand new customer so all these apply discount codes came up eg the bill was + $18 Airtasker fee but I had the code to apply to take it off the price but your Airtasker code just wouldn’t apply the discount. I was very disappointed because you were offering me a discount code but after trying for hours I gave up because I didn’t want the amount paid to the fantastic repairer to be effected by an Airtasker stuff up. So Airtasker staff please put $18 credit back into my credit card. You can’t offer me all these new customer incentives as a one off and then not have them available. It’s actually false advertising. Get this sorted and I would gladly use Airtasker again.

Our Norwegian Leather recliner chair (possibly made by the Norwegian Recliner chair company FJORDS ?) is in good condition. However, we are experiencing difficulty stablizing the timber base, which attaches the leather seat and armrests via a metal base (which is slanted slightly. In turn, the metal base is attached to the timber circular base, via four long bolts. Unfortunately two of the bolts have broken and snapped, leaving half the bolt still in the recess. We tried unsuccessfully to remove the broken and snapped bolts. If all four bolts can be removed and new stronger bolts inserted to make the chair stable once again, it would be great. However, alternatively, if a new base can be sourced / commissioned / used to re attach the recliner chair making it safe for use, stable BUT without compromising the 'look' integrity and appeal of the chair, we would be equally pleased. - Due date: Flexible
