Preparation: - Pressure wash/clean all surfaces before sealing. - Light sanding may be required in spots (tradie to decide on-site). - Mask/protect walls, tiles, and nearby areas as needed. Finish requirements: - Natural brown stain/sealer to match existing finish. - Low sheen/matte finish. - Minimum two coats. - Oil-based product preferred for durability. - Please supply all products and materials. Back of wardrobe (164cm by 90cm) needs to be replaced with another thin wood material to be stapled on. The front base (91cm by 8cm by 2cm) of the wardrobe have broken and needs to be replaced. Bottom needs a bit of sanding to be smooth. Include materials and labour in cost please.

One of our bedrooms has a wardrobe whose doors have com off. The doors are the typical sliding door seen in newer builds. Some of the screws fallen off and both doors are now not usable.
