Hello, I have 20 chairs whose legs have rusted. I'm looking for someone who can take the rust off and treat the legs so that they don't rst again. I have a swivel chair that doesn’t connect to the base. It was lost while transporting it and I would like it fixed. I believe it needs a metal plate with a small tube welded in the middle and 4 holes to attach and secure the plate with screws and nuts.
