Air conditioner wall repair Repair and paint the wall area around the split-system air conditioner where an old mounting plate/bracket has been removed. - Fill screw holes. - Sand and blend repairs. - Colour-match and paint so the area is as unobtrusive as possible. 2. Cabinet/fridge cavity tidy-up Tidy and finish an exposed opening/void above the fridge beside the overhead cabinet (currently has visible timber framing). - Looking for a neat, finished appearance (open to suggestions on best solution – panel, infill board, trim, etc.). - Finish to match existing cabinetry/wall as closely as practical. 3. Cabinet handle touch-ups - Repair/fill visible damage and marks around several cabinet handle fixing points. - Touch up paint/finish where required. Requirements: - Supply all tools and materials. - Experience with patching, painting and basic cabinet/joinery work preferred. - Looking for a neat, professional finish suitable for a rental property.
