I need my shower taps replaced. Looks like the rubber may be worn out. Every time I turn off the hot water it turns back on. I brought new shower taps just need to install them please.

Laying carpet floor tiles in two offices, one with carpet tiles pictured and one with big carpet tiles from Bunnings. A third office needs the tiles patched up. (Tiles supplied)

Fix the taps that are running low with the water flow.

Looking for someone who can help small gaps/joints around my balcony and the balcony door (along the sides and bottom). When it rains with strong side winds, some water gets in through these gaps. You’ll need to bring your own sealant and tools. Just want everything sealed up properly so it’s watertight and looks tidy. Please see photos with gaps/joint areas highlighted in red

Hi Have stuck laundry tub taps. Last time used they turned on fine but we're extremely hard to turn off to the point needed to basically turn all the way hard to stop the flow. Please name a price
