Install carpet-to-timber transition strips (threshold covers) at three doorways where the carpet meets hardwood flooring — no metal cover strip is currently in place. Wooden subfloor. Touch up skirting boards that have recently been reinstalled — there are some gaps between the skirting and the wall that need to be filled and sealed (gap filler/caulk maybe a nail where appropriate). Not every where needs to be done, I'm only concerned with particularly bad spots. Have given some examples of the skirting board issues in the photos) Both are relatively basic jobs for someone with the right experience.
