Scope of work (provisioning only): - Staircase has 18 steps - Lighting will be linear LED strip under each bullnose, one continuous run - 24V constant-voltage system - No LED strips or channels to be installed What’s required: Run appropriate low-voltage cabling for a continuous 24V LED strip run along all stairs Provide an accessible location for the LED driver (e.g. under-stairs cupboard or other agreed accessible location) Provision wiring to allow for: wall switch control future smart control (neutral at switch) future motion sensor (sensor not required to be installed now) Leave tails ready for final fit-off after timber stair install What is NOT required: - No LED strip supply or installation - No aluminium channels - No smart devices to be supplied or programmed - No timber or stair works Important notes: Timber bullnose and risers etc are not yet installed yet, so hopefully provisioning won't be too hard.
