I just need someone to come to my house in Ipswich to: • Mount 4 wireless cameras on walls/eaves • Make sure they are positioned correctly • Connect or check power if needed • Help finish setup in the Eufy app and test that everything works The cameras are already purchased and ready to install. ⚠️ No major wiring required (they are wireless cameras). So it’s a grate shower drain that isn’t blocked or dirty from what we can see. Have used Drano and other products enzyme drain cleaner but still after showers you get a drain smell like rotten eggs that takes quite a bit to settle but it eventually does but then is reactivated by the shower. In pictures provided the whole drain doesn’t have a pipe connected only a small drain pipe at the very right hand side doesn’t look blocked or dirty. Have cleaned it thoroughly using a pressure cleaner. It didn’t help.

Looking for someone experienced to clean and oil our timber verandah deck (approx. 52sqm). Fix the taps that are running low with the water flow.

Looking for someone who can help small gaps/joints around my balcony and the balcony door (along the sides and bottom). When it rains with strong side winds, some water gets in through these gaps. You’ll need to bring your own sealant and tools. Just want everything sealed up properly so it’s watertight and looks tidy. Please see photos with gaps/joint areas highlighted in red

Hi Have stuck laundry tub taps. Last time used they turned on fine but we're extremely hard to turn off to the point needed to basically turn all the way hard to stop the flow. Please name a price
