I've got a tree that is between 10 and 12 metres high. Not sure of the breed but the leaves are very small and the wood is soft and easy to cut. One of the branches has snapped making it slightly more difficult to gain access to the other branches. I've tried cutting the branch with a 3.9m saw from the neighbours roof but the next size up is needed. Happy to help with holding ropes and moving branches if needed. Fix the taps that are running low with the water flow.

Looking for someone who can help small gaps/joints around my balcony and the balcony door (along the sides and bottom). When it rains with strong side winds, some water gets in through these gaps.
