Need caulking done around the house between skirt and floorboards

We have a few handyman jobs we need help with. Firstly, we need to cover the gaps in our wooden front gate so our dog can’t see out between the slats or underneath (we assume the easiest way is to attach large, thin piece/s of marine plywood or cement sheeting to the back of the gate, which will need to be supplied and painted — we have the matching paint — but open to suggestions). We also need to fill a gap between two outdoor walls so our dog can’t see out (gap is 70cm high x 19.5cm wide)— open to suggestions on cheapest way to do this. I’ve provided photos of both gaps. Secondly, we need approx 8 pieces of art hung on brick walls — we don’t have hanging materials so all will need to be supplied.

Quick job to cut back top half of 3 large conifers. They are currently too high for us to cut back safely and need someone with a taller ladder and tree cutting experience. Disposal not required.
