Basically we have a few rogue fire alarm sensors. Really need one moving and another one replaced asap.

Need old badly placed smoke alarm removed, any holes patched, and new wired one (supplied) placed about 20cms away (so can open cupboard!).

Need to replace 2 existing hard-wired smoke alarms. Baseplate is no longer fit on the newer model. I have already purchased 2 Lifesaver 6000 smoke alarm

The real estate company has offered me a company that does gas and electrical and smoke alarm compliance. I’d prefer to not go with them because I believe it is too expensive for a check. Let me know what your offers are. I’ll attach their form.

Smoke alarm device detached from ceiling. However, the wires are still connected and the device is still working. Just need someone to screw it back to the ceiling. No electrician required. Also, kitchen cupboard board falling off, needs someone to fix. Thanks!
