I am looking for a licensed electrician to help with several maintenance tasks. Please provide a quote for the following scope of work: 1. Smoke Detector Services (Compliance Required): • Installation: Re-install one (1) mains-powered smoke detector with battery backup (Unit is provided; it was previously removed by a former tenant). • Inspection & Testing: Inspect and test three (3) existing battery-powered detectors for basic operation and condition. • Battery Replacement: Check backup batteries and replace if required (standard batteries). • Compliance: A Smoke Alarm Safety/Compliance Certificate must be issued upon completion to ensure all alarms meet regulations. 2. Lighting: • Replace Light Globe: Replace one screw-in globe in a fixture on a very high ceiling. (Please bring a suitable tall ladder/extension ladder). 3. Oven Removal & Installation (The "Swap"): • Removal: Disconnect and move the old oven out of the house to the kerbside (street front) for disposal. • Pre-install Check: I have a second-hand replacement oven with a standard plug. Please verify it is in working order before installation. • Installation: Safely plug in and position the second-hand oven into the cavity. Important Requirements : • Licensing: Must be a Licensed Electrician for the smoke alarm installation and certificate. • Equipment: Please bring your own tools and a tall ladder suitable for high ceilings. • Manual Labour: The task includes moving the old oven to the kerb, so please ensure you are comfortable with the lifting involved. • Materials: I already have the smoke alarm unit; you do not need to supply one.

Replace smoke alarm on kitchen ceiling ! It’s not super high and right under bench !! The last one was super sensitive ! Someone kicked it off !! Asap thanks n no idea cost so put $200

Smoke alarm beeping every ten mins. It is hard wired 2meter ceiling. Need it to stop/fix it as driving me insane. I do not have a ladder

Need old badly placed smoke alarm removed, any holes patched, and new wired one (supplied) placed about 20cms away (so can open cupboard!).
