So please note:- we require New Legislation smoke alarms & COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE for proof to Real Estate Agency for a 1 level 4 bedroom house about to be rented for 1st time in Albany Creek Brisbane. Hallway has 2 existing hard wired alarms which we hope can be incorporated with new devices but will require checking. Please advise if existing alarms cannot be incorporated.
